Miu Miu Club | Koko London
Party & Live Show
To celebrate the reopening of its London flagship store, Miu Miu took over the iconic KOKO, featuring a live performance by Little Simz a lineup of acts curated by the British musician.
The venue was modelled in 3D in Rhino using technical drawings, then verified on site with a survey. Architectural details and gold gilts were optimised through a low-poly workflow, and PBR textures were applied to enhance realism. Lighting was implemented with Lumen using rectangular and point lights with large attenuation radii.
Indirect lighting was boosted to create soft bounce without relying on direct sources, whilst the stage lighting was built from vertical truss towers and upper and lower arches of light panels. Fog cards of varying scale and opacity were created from static planes to introduce key volumetric smoke effects, and emissive materials were added for additional light variety and depth.
Light beams were generated through a custom blueprint that enabled quick adjustments to throw distance, beam diameter, texture, and opacity. Raster-based translucency was used to optimise performance and prevent volumetric bottlenecks.
