Installation
The venue was divided into four zones: Arrivals, Dynamic Legacy, Faces, and the Cinema. The space was modelled and box UV-mapped in Rhino, imported into Unreal Engine, and textured with PBR materials. Lit with lumen in Unreal and then pathtraced for accuracy due to many light sources.
The banners and plinths were lit by emissive light-boxes and rect lights focused at banners for bounce light. LED panels relied on emissive textures for its lighting and ambient bounce. Emissive under lighting for the benches with extra rect lights were enough to dimly light too. Throughout the space the floor materials were developed to enhance surface detail with a PBR workflows relying on height and normal maps.
